You’re welcome to check our next available delivery slot during checkout to select a delivery slot that works for you. If a specific date or time is unavailable, it may indicate that our bakers have reached their daily capacity for additional orders or that all delivery slots for that day are fully booked.
A delivery fee of $20 applies to all orders for a 4-hour delivery window, and a 1-hour delivery window is available at a fee of $35. Additionally, a surcharge of $5 to $20 will be added for deliveries to locations such as Central Business District, Sentosa, Marina Bay Sands, or other restricted areas where applicable. We also offer delivery to offices, hospitals, hotels or tourist attractions. However, due to security procedures at many of these premises, please arrange for someone to meet our delivery partner at the lobby or at the designated drop-off point. Upon receiving the order, please inform hotel staff or make arrangements to store the cake in the refrigerator immediately to ensure its quality and freshness.

Our delivery partner will provide a 10-minute waiting time, and orders will be returned to the shop and can be self-collected during our self-collection hours. Customers can choose to arrange for a self-collection or request another re-delivery schedule at a different date and time at a charge of $25, subject to availability. Any orders not collected or arranged for a re-delivery after three days will be disposed of and refunds and exchanges are not available in such situations.
