We are not halal certified, but we strictly adhere to a no pork, no lard policy to ensure that our Muslim friends can also enjoy our wide selection of cakes and pastries.
Our cakes are generally less sweet, and we’ve received positive feedback from customers who find this taste suits them well. While our cakes are intentionally less sweet, they are carefully balanced to maintain their flavour. Our bakery uses ingredients from facilities that produce nut products, and some of our ingredients may contain trace amounts of nuts. Therefore, we advise against serving our cakes to individuals with severe nut allergies.
To ensure we can accommodate your request, most orders require at least 3 to 5 days’ notice. The delivery calendar at checkout reflects our available time slots and our capacity to take in additional orders. If a specific date or time is unavailable, it may mean that our bakers have reached their daily limit or that all slots for that day are fully booked. This arrangement helps us maintain a healthy work-life balance for our bakers, ensure ingredient freshness, and prevent scheduling conflicts, especially during busy festive seasons.
